Hi, I’m Lynn
Hi, I’m Lynn and I love helping people embrace the power of talk-therapy to identify and shift the unconscious behaviours that keep them stuck.
I received my Bachelor’s degree in Counselling in 2021, which allowed me to explore attachment theory, the influences of thought and beliefs on our lives and the patterns we, often unknowingly, repeat.
My passion has evolved into helping people gain deeper understanding of themselves, tapping into their intuition, integrating their ego states and exploring their inner child and other inner aspects.
I strive to guide people towards stepping into an authentic space that connects them to themselves, others and the world around them.
I am a dedicated and compassionate counsellor who is passionate about helping individuals on their journey of self-discovery and personal growth. Through the power of talk therapy, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions and experiences.
I firmly believe in the transformation potential of finding inner connection and fostering mindfulness. By encouraging clients to cultivate self-awareness, I aim to empower them to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and resilience. It brings me immense joy to witness a person uncover their true self and embark on a path of self-acceptance and personal fulfilment.
I started on this path in 2001, when I embarked on a profound inner journey driven by health issues and a sense of being off course in life. It was during this time that I felt a calling to pursue my Reiki 1 certificate, which marked the beginning of a transformative path.
As I delved into spiritual beliefs, I started to explore and develop my own understanding of inner healing. It felt as though I was being guided on a profound journey of self- discovery. I continued my studies obtaining, Reiki 2 and Reiki Masters and expanding my knowledge to include holistic massage and reflexology.
While I deeply appreciated the power of these healing therapies, I also began to realise that many of my clients carried deep rooted wounds that needed to be acknowledged and addressed through conversation.
I discovered that true healing often occurred when individuals had a safe space to share their stories and to be heard and validated. This realisation led me to delve further into understanding the impact of trauma, stress and childhood experiences on my clients lives.
When I’m not in healing sessions with my clients I love to connect and spend time with those I am closest to. You may also find me walking in the bush (I love the energy of the bush!), meditating, sitting with crystals, or reading Tarot Cards for my own personal development
